All work acquired by us for publication is specified by contract and is pre-requisite before the start of any project. Typically, we ask prospective artists to provide a few samples in the context of the planned book.

What we offer.

We provide payment for illustrations during book development and royalties as a percentage of sales after the book is published. The artist retains ownership and copyright for all illustrations licensed by Winter Light Books.
